Expenses/Costs

• The usual rate of the lawyer is € 150,- to € 200,- per hour, exclusive the charged and uncharged advances and the sale tax.

• It is also possible to get reimbursement of the costs. This is called “Rechtsbijstand” in Dutch. To get reimbursement of the expenses is only possible if you comply to the requirements of the conditions.
